What makes you different from any other dental practice I can visit?

Bel Air Dental Care is very unique because we have grown a practice that has an extremely stable staff with little turnover. Our patients know they can expect to see the same staff every visit in a warm and compassionate environment. Our three dentists have post-doctoral hospital degrees. In addition, we keep on top of the new dental technologies and use them when appropriate.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

We accept many traditional, non-HMO dental plans. In addition, we accept military and government plans such as United Concordia and Delta Dental. We also offer an in house membership plan for patients who do not have dental insurance. For more information, give us a call at 410.593.1199.

Insurance is very confusing. Can your office administrator help me file?

Our competent administrative staff will file your insurance claims for you. In addition, our software will help us advise you of your exact coverage and co-pays.

What different payment options do you provide?

Payment can be made by cash, check, MC, Visa, Discover, or through Care Credit which offers both NO INTEREST payment plans and low interest extended payment plans. Applications for Care Credit can be made by telephone or via Internet.

What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?

We offer 24 hour on call coverage for all of our patients.

I can’t take off work, so do you have extended hours?

We have extended office hours including evenings and weekends. See our Hours page for more information or give us a call.

I have a dental question but I am reluctant to see a dentist because it may cost me a lot of money. What should I do?
